Australia and South Africa metro areas FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders $100 and over.

Australian and South Africa metro areas $12.00 STANDARD SHIPPING for orders under $100

Parcels shipped to regional or remote areas and Australian Islands incur an additional $13.00 shipping fee if required.

Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, signatures are not required to accept your parcel. Deliveries will be left at your front door if you are not home when delivered. Please track your parcel after receiving the delivery email notification from Sendle.

Orders are processed and delivered within 2 business days and will generally arrive within 1-10 business days from shipment date, depending on your location.  Orders are sent via Sendle. On request, and to some regional/remote areas Australia Post will be utilized.

Wild Things Lifestyle cannot guarantee specific delivery times, however parcel tracking will be possible via the courier company.

Orders are shipped to physical street addresses. If you require a shipment to a postal address, Australia Post will be used.

 

International Shipping 

International (up to 2kg) FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders $200 and over.

For international purchases under $200, the following shipping charges apply:

. Zone 1 $14.95 (New Zealand)

. Zone 2 $26.95 (North America, Western Europe, Asia, Pacific)

. Zone 3 $35.95 (Rest of World)

We are not able to  offer returns on International purchases. All International purchases are final.

Duties and Taxes

Online orders do not include import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry into the destination country.

Cancellations

Once orders are submitted and processed, they cannot be cancelled. If you contact our customer service team immediately and we are able to catch the order before processing, we can cancel your order. Please note a 5% handling fee applies.

Missing Parcels

Once your order has shipped from the Wild Things Lifestyle warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel.  All shipments are tracked and we suggest you monitor your parcel until it arrives safely. Insurance of parcels is included for lost or damaged items up to the value of $300.
