Returns and Refunds

Return Options

We accept returns on full priced purchases within 30 days of delivery date for either:

. A refund

. A credit voucher

Products must be unused and unwashed with the original labels attached. All sale items bought on promotion, are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return Your Item(s)

Simply email us at info@wildthingslifestyle.com with:

. your name

. your order number

. item(s) you would like to return

. whether you would like a refund or a credit voucher

We will reply with instruction and a Return Authorization number, which you need to include when you send your return back to Wild Things Lifestyle

Returns Processing

 Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at warehouse where possible, refunds will be issued via the payment method with which the original purchase was made. Credit vouchers will be emailed to you directly once return has  been processed.

Return Shipping

All returns will be shipped at the customer's own cost. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our warehouse, as we cannot be responsible until the items are received by us. We recommend tracking parcels until safely received at our warehouse.

International Purchases

We are not able to offer returns on International purchases.  All international purchases are final.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.  We encourage you to instead place a new order for your preferred item and return the original item for a refund or credit voucher.

Faulty Items

Wild Things Lifestyle is committed to providing goods of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that an item arrives in faulty condition, please contact us to process your return for either a credit note or full refund. Where items are deemed to be faulty we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Final Sale Items

All purchases of sale items are final. Sale items are sold in 'as-is' condition and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

Items Purchased Through Other Stores

We cannot accept returns for Wild Things Lifestyle items purchased through other stores or websites.  If you purchased a Wild Things Lifestyle product from anywhere other than wildthingslifestsyle.com, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from.
